The replacement process for the warranty was very easy and the stood behind their product and didn't make it difficult for me to get a replacement which I really appreciate!

Ordered a 2 pack of grow tent fans from Amazon in July 2026. One of the fans stopped working in September 2026. Contacted customer support and sent them the requested info on the bad fan. They are sending out a replacement now. The ACInfinity eco system is awesome and I’ve had a great experience when it comes to their customer service.

I purchased a number of ac infinity products and they are outstanding build quality.i recently had to contact customer support and I can only say I received outstanding service. Prompt reply to emails and extremely helpful. Big shout out to desire customer support agent . Highly recommend ac infinity.
