I’ve just completed my 9D Breathwork facilitator certification, and I can honestly say the quality of the training has been exceptional. The programme was incredibly thorough, well structured, and delivered with so much care and intention. Every module helped me deepen not only my understanding of breathwork, but also my confidence in holding safe, supportive, and transformational spaces for others. I feel genuinely equipped to step into facilitation with clarity, integrity, and trust in the process. The training has been both professionally valuable and personally meaningful, and I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend 9D Breathwork to anyone considering becoming a facilitator. It has been a truly powerful and inspiring experience from beginning to end.

This 5 day challenge is a really good introduction to 9D breathwork. It's a great way to experience the difference this practice can make in the level of stress and trauma your body is holding. There's no investment required, and it only takes a little of your time for 5 days - there's really nothing to lose in trying it.

9D Breathwork has been an absolute game changer for me. I always knew breathwork was a powerful way to support and regulate the nervous system, but experiencing 9D Breathwork has taken it to a whole new level. While talking through our experiences can be incredibly valuable, sometimes our bodies continue to hold onto the effects of difficult experiences. For me, 9D Breathwork has been a powerful way to process and release emotions that felt deeply stored. After completing Brian’s free 5-day challenge and continuing with the other free breathwork sessions he offers, I’ve experienced some profound emotional releases. I now feel calmer, more grounded, and far less reactive to the everyday stresses of life. The Skool community is another incredible part of the experience. It’s a genuinely supportive space where you can share your journey, ask questions, and learn from Brian’s regular insights. It creates a real sense of connection and belonging as you continue your personal growth. I highly recommend giving 9D Breathwork a try. It has helped me experience what life can feel like with a more regulated nervous system, and I’m so grateful I found it.

My experience with 9d Breathwork over the past 6 days and during the 5 day challenge has been remarkable to say the least. I experienced inner body feelings like vibrations and movements that are beyond explanation. I took Blood Pressure readings and Blood Oxygen level readings during my practices on each of the 5 Practice sessions. I experienced emotions and even yawned like 5 times in one of the sessions. All while feeling a sense of peace and tranquility. This might sound a bit unbelievable but I promise you it is sincere. I had an out of body experience that can only be described as spiritual. I laughed. I cried. my eyes would tear for no reason, My feet would buzz along with my hands and forearms. All the time learning to relax and allow the movement of Oxygen throughout my body and especially my brain. In a very short time in my case 6 days 5 episodes of this challenge I felt a shift in my natural vibration and believe that I might have been placed back on track like a derailed train again on both tracks. Let me assure those who might be reading this that 9D breathwork is as for real as it is fantastic. The only limitation IMO is that of the individuals willingness to try. Attempt to relax fallow along and tune into your own body and mind in a way that you likely have never experienced before. I refer to this process as flow. I had read about Flow but could not honestly tell you that I had ever experienced it before now. As you Practice this 5 day process each day brings new techniques and benefits. I held my breath for near 2 minutes twice in one episode and did so with ease. there were moments of extreme joy even love experiences that you are piloted through by Captain Brian and the backgrounders who safely pilot your cruise through this calming sea voyage adventure into your own hidden "TRUE" self. Hidden by the weight of the world and past experience good and bad, happy, and sad. It truly is Spiritual and enlightening. Trust me. You want to give this a try. You owe it to your "True" self.
