We did exactly that, but we never received any details back from you, so unfortunately we haven't been able to check if you have an account with us or verify the emails you're referring to. As your review is in German, we also believe this may relate to 9D Breathwork Germany, a separate partner company, in which case it would be best raised with them directly. We respect the fact you’ve spent 40 years in breathwork and movement. That’s a lifetime in the field. But 9D Breathwork was never created to imitate traditional breathwork spaces... it was built to evolve the experience. 9D is a cinematic, multi-dimensional breathwork journey that combines breath, binaural audio, subconscious messaging, music, and guided storytelling to take people through powerful emotional and neurological shifts. It’s intentionally immersive, intense, and designed to break patterns in a way traditional formats often don’t. That approach resonates deeply with thousands of people around the world. And like anything that pushes boundaries, it won’t resonate with everyone. What we’re not trying to be is another quiet meditation room. We’re building something bold, modern, and disruptive in the breathwork space and for the people it lands for, the impact is undeniable. Breathwork is a huge field with many paths. 9D is simply one that’s pushing the edges of what’s possible.

Hey Jen, I'm so sorry you feel this way. I am unsure of what you mean by the 333 payment as we do not offer anything for that cost. We train people on how to become facilitators and then they do sessions but their pricing is something they decide - You may have one local to your area. We do also have a 9D app where you can do sessions at home by yourself and we also do a free Masterclass with our founder each month. Hey there this isn’t the experience we want you to have. Audio cutting out and downloads not working is not expected, especially on a new device. We must admit we had alot of teething problems when we launched the app back in April but everything is in order now.
