I was skeptical at first but after day 2 I was excited about where this app was leading me. I felt happy, calm, peaceful and more energized. It helped my menopausal adhd and brain fog. It allowed me to focus and complete things that were put off for months. It gave me confidence to set aside time for myself without the guilt.

A True Game-Changer for Nervous System Regulation and Boundaries Discovering 9D Breathwork has been an absolute turning point for me. Before this, I didn’t fully realize how much silent, background overload my nervous system was carrying—leading to exhaustion, over-explaining, and getting sucked into draining relational loops. This practice has completely transformed how I handle stress and show up in my life: • Nervous System Clarity: I can finally catch the signals of overload before it takes over, stopping the cycle of burnout and mental fatigue in its tracks. • Effortless, Clean Boundaries: Instead of second-guessing myself or getting dragged into exhausting, endless conflicts, I am able to stand firmly in my power, protect my energy, and set unwavering boundaries with total calm. • Deep Presence: It cuts through the noise of past baggage and over-analyzing, bringing me right back into the present moment with absolute clarity. 9D Breathwork doesn't just help you relax; it rewires your internal foundation so you can stop fighting and start living from a place of true strength. Highly recommended for anyone ready for deep, somatic transformation.

I came across 9D and was curious. I had recently heard that stress, tension anxiety live in the tissues not just the mind and it is chemical. Well I literally felt anxiety leaving my body just on the 1st day of the 5 day challenge. The whole process, the concept is designed to not only rewire, but release; its a beautiful feeling, and it feels like you actually have more time and less need to worry . If you're thinking about trying it, stop thinking, just do it. Highly recommend it 👌

Thank you. You have described it exactly right, this is as much about release as it is about rewiring, and the body holds far more than people realise. Stop thinking and just do it is good advice. 🤍
I first tried 9D Breathwork when I was in Bali last year. It was a very transformational experience. It's a very powerful modality that helps reprogram the mind and release energies we've been carrying for way too long. It's been a real game changer for me since.

Thank you Karina. Bali is a powerful place to meet this work for the first time. Glad it has stayed with you since. 🤍
OMG! 9D management is authentic, sincere, loving and caring, supportive, and professional! I am PROUD to be a representative of this company and the work we do to help people. I have been going through some immensely difficult personal challenges this year which prevented me from attending the upcoming company retreat in Dallas which I had already paid for. The 9D team came around me quickly with supportive arms and worked out an incredibly generous solution. Not only is what we do very powerful and true, the team behind it is profoundly amazing.

Thank you Heidi. We would rather look after someone going through a hard year than hold them to a date, so there was never any question about it. Proud to have you representing this work. Look after yourself and we will see you at the next one. 🤍
great service and experience

Thank you Agustin. Short and to the point, and good to hear. 🤍
Well I went into it thinking “well, I’ll see how it goes and it’s free so win win” the first 4 days for me were where my hands tingled (it’s like when you hyperventilate) I felt burning sensation on temples and tingling and afterwards a nice calm and peace and then on the 5th day well amazing, I actually did shed tears and I saw lots of purple behind my eyes and just felt great. I need to definitely carry on with this xx

Thank you Sarah. The tingling and the heat are common in the early days and they settle as you go. Day 5 opening up like that after four days of groundwork is how it tends to work. Definitely carry on. 🤍
