Been on 7 cups since it first started. It is really one of those things that you never forget about. I have been both on the listener and on the other side and I must say, it is one of the best ideas there has ever been! I couldn't recommend it enough.

I'm a Listener on 7 Cups and love this platform. I've been able to help so many people on here! There's communities and group support as well if you do not want to connect 1-to-1 with a listener. I signed up to be both a listener and a member. 7 Cups makes sure that its listeners goes through extensive training to be experienced in a large majority of issues anyone could be dealing with! Overall, it's an excellent and positive medium that I would recommend using if you're too afraid to personally talk to someone you know.

It's an excellent place for anyone who just feels alone or is suffering from something they don't feel comfortable sharing with other.All the therapists and listeners are really kind and they make you feel like you belong somewhere.

An excellent resource for anyone out there struggling with mental health issues, stress, etc. as it allows you to talk about it and it be confidential. They have trained listeners and then paid therapists available as well. You can even do self-help activities right on the website or app.

A very good website to get help when you feel down. The listeners are great and really respectful. It has been of great help to me.
