Absolutely ZERO results. I bought this product about a month ago, it came in, opened it and starting using at the rate described. It doesn't do anything, a waste of money.

I would like to return my product and I am well within the return date. I have called within what the website says are business hours and it says they are closed. I have sent 2 emails and have heard nothing back. I feel like this is a scam.

Works as advertised. Did a great job on the hair over my lip. I use the stronger setting. Shave the area first as directed. You shouldn’t be smelling burnt hair, if you do you’re not doing it right. I am very pleased with the results.

I cancelled my order after reading bad reviews and was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days and have still not received anything.

I want to return my product. I emailed customer service, received an initial email asking for the reason for the return. I responded immediately and have not had a response in the last 48hrs. I am returning the product within 30 days but if they delay the response long enough, I will be out of the 30 day window. Very unhappy with the customer service. I also supplied the order number as requested so they cannot blame it on lack of information.

I’m giving a 1 star for the product and a 5 star for customer service, hence the 3 star rating. The device was glitchy and did not turn on properly. I was able to get it to turn on once, and when I used it, it didn’t feel right. That being said, I had a totally different customer experience than most of the people who commented below. They asked for a video for proof that the device wasn’t working and refunded me right away; within days (they actually processed the refund over a weekend). So good customer service, not a fan of the device.

Dear Caroline, Thanks for the time you took to share your feedback. We highly value your opinion. Sincerely, 5MinSkin Team
I ordered a device and never received it. They said it was delivered but now I'm not sure. Never order from them. I should of read reviews about them, but I figured I'd give them a shot. BIG MISTAKE. They just say the same things in email. They put blame on everybody else when really they should be doing everything possible to fix this. SCAM!
