Took a little long to ship but I never received an email notification when it did. It was totally unexpected when it arrived via Fedex and I was literally about to call paypal to open a case when the first item arrived. I ordered 2 items in one order, the other item didn't come with the first shipment, they said it was out of stock. Then when I called for a refund for that item they said the other item was shipped VIA usps. USPS has lost the item due to a shipping error because they are a lazy organization that doesn't do the little things that UPS and Fedex do, like make sure it gets to the right address even if a small detail is wrong. 4k4less has good value for sure but they need to tighten up their order communication when it comes time to ship and they also to avoid using USPS as I have had many problems in the past with them just because nobody in USPS will lift a finger to help.

The purchase experience was great from order to delivery ,six days total.no messing around, tracking and order numbers provided from the get go.would highly recommend this company to anyone.keep up the efficient job.you will be getting more of my business in the future.thanks

3 weeks and i still do not have my lense that I ordered. This is the first email I have received. My guess is I will be sitting on hold for 1 hour again later in the week just to hear yeah that has not been shipped ...... cant wait
