I ordered a Sigma 24-70mm for Sony June 24 2022. They took some time to arrive at my destination here in St Louis, Missouri. I was a little nervous and concerned about reading all the negatives reviews from different people about the company, but I have to say that customer service was really professional and responsive by email, unfortunately over the phone can be difficult sometimes. The company could be a little slow shipping your order, but at the end they accomplish as they promised. My Sigma 24-70mm e-mount arrived brand new well packed with excellent condition. I'm really happy with my order and obviously I will do business with them again. I highly recommend it. Thank you 4k4less.

I like the camera, Olympus TG-6, but the package included a number of items that I never seem to use.

It was a fast delivery, but I thought that all the lenses will come with a protector like the long lenses. Plust my camera has a scratch on the glass I've got a guaranteed didn't I?

I had a good experience ordering from 4K4LESS. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and all items were part of the Canon 80D kit I had ordered. The only problem was some of the items were not designed FOR the camera. Keep in mind these were not Canon items but third-party manufacturers si I'm not complaining. That's the only reason I don't give the 5 stars!

I've always been satisfied with 4k's shopping experience and, especially, their prices! Found my Olympus Tough TG-6 camera for 20% less than any other retailers. Quick shipping, and good communication. Their website needs some work, and mostly better organization of items.

I had a very positive experience with 4K4Less, I was honestly very hesitant but I decided to place my order for the Sony A73 bundle as it was the best deal I could find and they accepted PayPal so I felt there was some kind of security, about a day after I felt like I may have made a mistake but 4K4less actually gave me a call to verify that it was my purchase and tried to upsell me on some accessories. when I received the package everything was there but there was a mistake with one of the accessories. the shutter remote was not for my sony it was actually for a Canon, so I contacted the customer service who wanted a picture of the one they sent and informed me they would send it along to the next level. well I didn't hear anything from them for about a week and sent a follow-up email again with no response well today I got another shutter release but again it is not for my Sony camera it is for a Canon. I'm honestly just pretty stoked that they tried to remedy their mistake, while I was pretty excited for a remote it's not the end of the world. I would definitely purchase from them again.
