Ordered the Phantom 3 Advanced and received a call that they didnt have that model in stock so they upgraded my order to a Phantom 3 Pro. Got the bundle package along with the drone in less than a week. Peter answered my calls every time. Was thoroughly statisfied with my ordering experience with 4k4less. Will use them again in the future. Dont know what other reviews are talking about. This is a 4 or 5 star service.

The lens I ordered for my sons birthday arrived quickly. My only concern is that I was not able to speak to anyone when I called several times. The price was the best I could find online.

4K4Less had the best price on the web on a Sigma 24mm f 1.4 Art lens for my Canon camera. I was worried that with an almost $100 savings the lens could be gray market. But it arrived in original Sigma packing with a Sigma warranty card. The only downside of the order with 4K4 Less is they did not send a confirmation email when I placed my order. I was worried until I received the shipping notice from FedEx. Best price on the internet for quality glass. I will be checking 4K4 Less in the future when it need photo stuff.

After checking in when 2 weeks passed, I found out they never sent out my order, but after I called them they sent it promptly and I got it in a few days. Good on them to correct, but would have preferred a slightly more streamlined transaction.
