Wonderful customer service
I placed two orders with this company. My first order went threw without any issues, however my seconded order not so much. One of my items sold out which delayed my order from being shipped next day, noticing that I had not received a shipping info email, I contacted the company and was informed of the issue. The item was removed and the order was shipped. I received the rest of my order the next day or so, with the exception of one item, which was the main item, the reason it was delayed was no fault of 4K4less, though the carrier tried to make believe so. I contacted the company and they where very apologetic and did everything they could to fix the issues. unfortunately I canceled the item because I purchased it elsewhere because I needed it by a certain date. Even though there was an issue with my order they was willing to do what they could to make it right and that is why I give them five stars and will shop with them again. Please do not be put off by the first gentleman who answers the phone, he still needs some work lol, but everyone else I spoke with was amazing.
