After 2 days of research into portable oxygen devices, the conclusion was nothing on Amazon gave me all the features I was looking for. Then internet searches revealed only a handful of devices that suited my needs. After talking with Collin this morning I decided that since I was the one going to be using the device I should be the one to choose. Collin answered all my questions succinctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a unit 3 months ago for over 2000 dollars. The unit has a 3 year warranty and is already messed up. I called for the warranty issues and the lady rudely told me that they won't honor the warranty and that I will have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Unfortunately I'm a disabled veteran that can't afford to fix or buy a new unit. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and don't use this company!!!

Brett Carlson was very helpful. I just need oxygen at night and need something portable because I dog sit at other peoples houses and occasionally travel. My concentrator is too big and heavy to use as a portable machine. Brett was extremely helpful in explaining options and coming up with a perfect solution to my issues. I’m excited to receive my portable oxygen concentrator and very grateful for Brett taking the time to answer all my questions and coming up with a perfect fit! I highly recommend this company and Brett.
