Excellent experience! There was an error with my prescription from my end and they quickly notified me and fixed it. Contacts came in suuuper fast too!!

I have been using 1800contacts for over a year. My orders arrive in a few days and I have never had any issues. In the beginning 1800contacts suggested a disposable contact. I tried them and haven’t gone back to my usual proclears. It is very nice to put in a fresh pair of contacts everyday.

The ease of just taking a picture of my prescription and getting the right contacts was great. They also had quick delivery and notifications on when they shipped was great.

Do not bother emailing them because you will not get an agent that can read an email thoroughly or scroll down for the past history to save your life. They really hire the bottom of the barrel here.
