The fact that they price match and they make it easy to do that makes this a company I want to work with. They even searched for better deals for me that I might not have found.

Customer service is great! I made my first contact order for the promo discount. There was a delay due to my prescription information and I had to call. The delay would have meant a lack of contacts for a few days. Customer service resolved the issue and upgraded me to next delay delivery FOR FREE. They definitely know how to insure return customers. I ordered a years worth of contacts for my granddaughter and her prescription changed. When I let them know, they exchanged them with no problems! The process was so easy and her new contacts arrived quickly.
