Quick shipping, great bike. I bought another. They refunded $ from the first bike as there was a subsequent sale a few days after I bought it, very easy to deal with. The bikes are great. Very light. Quick to fold / unfold. Everything works great right out of the box.

I was very hesitant because we ride full sized hybrid bikes on a regular basis and was afraid that these would feel flimsy and small. The smaller wheel base is definitely noticeable but doesn't affect the ride or the Comfort or the stability at all. Would highly recommend these bikes. And I had a lot of questions and follow up that was handled by customer service in a fantastic and professional way. Very pleased.
