ZiZZO.bikeReviews of zizzo.bike

Easy to get the broken part sent to me

Great quality fast delivery

This bike is great and so far my rides have been pretty smooth in the parks. I was worried about the seat since alot of bikes I tried it caused issue but this one is one of the few that is pretty comfortable. Only thing I dislike is the pedals. Occasionally my feet has slip off it while riding.

Easy ordering process. Bikes were wrapped up extremely well for shipping.

I assume this survey is about the purchasing experience, not the bike per se. I just spent 30+ minutes filling out the product registration "form," which was ridiculous since Zizzo has all the info in the first place. Enough said.

No instructions but no need to have them if you look up the quick release bike wheel instillation. It has nothing to do with the cassette.

Quality bikes and excellent customer service.

Packaged well, no damage, arrived fully assembled with good instructions for ensuring safety, rides great and all I had to do was put a little air in the tires. Very satisfied!
