My experience with Zip moving was very good. Summer and all of her co-workers were always there to help with estimates and planning the pick-up and delivery of my furniture. The men who packed my furniture were very careful but efficient and fast. The reason I am giving the rating a 4 is because there was someone else's furniture in the truck so they were not able to get all of mine loaded. They had to stop my packing, go empty the other furniture, and then come back to load the rest of my furniture. It was after 10:00 pm when they were finally finished. That part was horrible. However, the delivery was right on time!! All the men were very courteous and accommodating. Nothing was lost or seriously damaged, just a couple of nicks in a couple of pieces of furniture. I would use them again.

Their employees were the best moving gentlemen that I have encountered. They arrived in time, worked quickly, took excellent care of my belongings, and were very careful with the walls. I highly recommend them.

Professional and timely.

From the start of coordinating with Summer then Peter to moving- the whole process has been nothing but pleasant! Orlando, Edwin, Jorge and Nemanja were great movers! They were careful, efficient and really fun to communicate with during the day’s process of moving! The whole team made what is expected to be a stressful process, a very easy going one! We were lucky to have the movers, as they are experts in what they do (you see it in their work!) and also made sure to put each box or piece of furniture in the right places in the condition they had received it. We are friendly and did organize and color code by room and put according colored stickers to make the process easier for us. But the movers were very appreciative of that and actually stated it was very easy for them also. It made it easy for them to follow color coordination per room instead of having to ask owners per box or item of where to place it. This saved all of us time, energy and ultimately cost ;) We have already recommended them to people we know who are moving and one of them has already asked for the same team and were very pleased too! Thank you again Zip!
