Lack of attention and disorganized

The team arrived as scheduled. We went through each room identifying what items were to be moved. They complained about the odor and opened all doors and sprayed air freshener I had without asking. They spoke in Spanish but it was obvious what they were saying. Some furniture stayed and they did that right. But they missed pictures, a TV and boxes. Also other items in my inventory that I failed to point out. At the new location I had drawings of furniture placement for each room. I went over them with the team lead. They still put many pieces in the wrong place. They wasted time shifting furniture in every room. Time I pain for. In the end still had 2 pieces in the wrong place I missed. Many boxes were moved to the wrong room. Master bedroom in the office. Living room in the kitchen. Master bathroom in 2nd bedroom. Found a broken lamp after they left. Went back to the first location 10 days later and a front bedroom window was left wide open!! I never opened that window in the 3 years I lived there. They must have left it open when airing out my house. Several items of both monetary and sentimental value were left exposed!! This was the second time using Zip. My first experience was good. What a mistake to trust them again.

Dear Valerie, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're truly sorry to hear that your recent move didn’t meet the high standards we strive to uphold.
