Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration this situation has caused you. You are absolutely right — we should have responded to your cancellation and refund request much sooner. I want to confirm that your order was canceled and the refund was processed on Friday, May 29. A confirmation email was also sent to you on the same day. We are very sorry that the email may not have reached your inbox — this is unacceptable and we are looking into what went wrong. Could you kindly check your bank or credit card account to see if the refund has already been posted? If not, please let us know, and we will follow up with you immediately. Internally, we have reviewed our service records and found clear room for improvement. It is not acceptable for a customer to wait days without resolution on an unshipped order. We are taking immediate steps to improve our response times and ensure situations like this are handled promptly and professionally in the future. Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and for losing your trust in this experience. Please feel free to reply directly so we can assist you further if needed. Best regards, Z Gallerie Customer Service
