Not very streamlined or intuitive
Not very streamlined or intuitive, nothing really flows well. No ability to take yourself off the schedule for a day without creating an appt to block off your hours. Also no ability to send out substitute requests for staff. Merchant services offered does not integrate with any accounting software and I would never use this software as an all-in-one to replace my current accounting software so it makes for extra work. Overall, everything about it, including setting up templates etc, is bulky.
