Zen Planner is soooo easy to use and the customer service is excellent! It has made my business life easier!!

I have been with Zen Planner for over two years and have been very pleased with the functionality on the back end for reports, and for the member experience on the athlete side. Best of all I appreciate the price. As a small business, every little bit counts.

I love how user friendly and affordable Zen Planner is! It is easy to use and navigate through. Zen Planner integrates with your website and social medial. There are tons of pre-made automations that can easily be edited to perfectly fit your business. Zen Planner provides free webinars on a regular basis to help teach you how to use the software. The list just goes on and on! What I like most is that Zen Planner is MODERN!!! I love that I can have my members fill out all of their information on an iPad and then just email it to them. NO PAPER necessary! I would (and do) recommend Zen Planner to anyone!

We've been using Zen Planner for a few years and it's quite a good program for tracking student attendance. The company is proactive. There are still some glitches in the system which cause a few headaches now and then, and definitely room for improvement, but all in all they provide a good service.

There are many features that don’t exist or that are very complicated to use. Simple things like changing a bill date even when I go through the help center just don’t work for me. Would love to be able to change the coach for a class through the app but it is a long process on the back end instead. We would also love different payment options for drop ins to chose when registering online. Would love to be notified of everyone’s bill that is paid automatically in one email vs each individually. Lastly, the fact that I have to go through a separate merchant account to refund a payment is a pain and should be a more streamlined process.

Love the application and the professionalism of their team. Very happy with their business approach towards us as customers. Highly recommended.
