In line with this transition, we’ve implemented an archiving policy for galleries inactive for 14 months, excluding galleries linked off of your site menu at the start of the service and blogs. We fully understand that changes to how a website functions can be concerning. In our ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and speed for our photographers, we have made significant investments to transition our processing and storage operations from a traditional physical data center to an advanced Cloud environment. This comprehensive move encompassed migrating 20 million galleries, totaling 4.5 billion images. Unfortunately, about 1,000 customers have encountered issues related to the Archive process, and for that, we deeply apologize. The team has made significant progress in resolving these issues, and we anticipate that the majority of them will be resolved over the next 72 hours. We recognize that the recent issues with the platform have led to considerable disappointment and inconvenience over the past few weeks.
