I had inadvertently subscribed 2x to Yumove. They very generously cancelled 1 of my subscriptions and since I had received too many tablets they graciously delayed my next shipment to a later date.

I love this company! Our 10-year-old dog was limping due to arthritis, so I ordered a YuMove product on Amazon, which my dog wasn't able to stomach. I then called the YuMove company directly and spoke to a representative there, who helpfully directed me to try a different product, which worked great. The dog is no longer limping, which makes me a very satisfied customer!

Really slow on getting my order to me. I’ve been out of this product for several days.

Hi Laura, thank you for your review. Orders take 24-48 business hours to be fulfilled by our warehouse, and then it takes USPS 3-5 business days to deliver the order. You can call our Customer Care Team at (844)901-2099 to change your subscription timeline so that you do not run out of product moving forward! Kind regards, Dianivette
