YuMove has made a dramatic difference in the life of our senior greyhounds. They are both back to running, and the 9+ year old is running full speed - which is amazing for a greyhound at this age! The 12 year old is trotting, frolicking, and running at a slow speed, but doing so much more than before! Thank you!!

This was my first shipment. It arrived 4 days after the sent scheduled date. I hope this is a one off. As I will be feeding your product to my 6 year old Aussie for the rest of her life, every day, prompt delivery is essential. If it’s not, I will need to look elsewhere. The good news is your representative was very prompt in responding when I inquired about the status of the delivery.

Hey Alan, thanks for your review. I'm happy to hear that our rep was able to assist and please allow me to further explain our shipping timeline as yours was delivered within the expected timeframe. Your order was placed on Nov 29 and shipped out on Nov 30, it takes 3-5 business days to deliver which would have been Dec 7 - the day that your order was delivered. Please bear in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days so there may be an extra day or two for delivery time over holidays! I also took a look at your account and you've got your subscription set up to ship every month, however if you need a refill every 30 days this timeline will always have you be a bit delayed. I have asked twice to cancel my subscription. I have sent back one order in October. Please cancel my subscription and refund monies owed to me. I am now in a nursing home due to health problems. My baby Bella is now living with a dear friend of mine.

My vet recommended these for my senior girl, and they've helped her so much! She's had a lot less stiffness than she did during the cold weather last year, and is moving around and playing more. It's awesome to see. I recommend these to all my friends with older dogs now.
