I loved that I could leave a message, and get a call back the very next day even when they were observing the holiday! These supplements have made quite a difference in my senior GSDS life. With the help of joint care plus, Annie still enjoys her twice daily walks! I just started my 5 year old GSD Koda on them as well! Thanks for keeping my furbabies young and youthfull!!

The product is great. The last few months it has been taking at least 2 weeks to get to me. My dog has to go without it and her hips bother her. I live only 1 hour from where it is shipping from.

The customer service this team provides is fabulous, I recently made a wrong order, and the team members I spoke to couldn't be more helpful!! I would recommend this company to anyone, amazing product that helps my dog greatly and amazing customer service!!

One of my dogs loves the chews but my other dog wouldn't eat them. I reached out to customer service to ask for helpful tips and they offered us a bottle of the tablets which have a different flavor. We will give that a try and hope he likes them. Such great customer service in a world where it seems rare anymore!!! Thank you YuMOVE!!!!

Our dog was starting to slow down at 9 years old. He took longer to stand up and his run was not fast. After two months, he is moving like he did 5 years ago, and he is much happier and wants to play more.

Customer service has been great, quick and efficient! Yumove also is helping our 12 year old mix standard poodle and Dutch shepherd with her torn acl.
