If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I ordered a greenhouse in early March, 2026 and after repeated delays in shipping I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. As of July 31, 2026 I was promised my refund was processed and I would have it in 10-15 days. I’m still waiting. I have made phone calls, sent texts and even sent certified mail asking where my refund was. I get all kinds of excuses and promises I’ll have it in 10 more days. It has been 3 months and still no refund. Please do not order from this company if you value your money. Read every review you can find before making a decision to purchase. My attorney said I was scammed and I guess I was. Buyer Beware!

The entire process was awful . The customer service horrible and despite promising to send an automatic skylight for my experience is was never sent . We paid 600 + dollars for an extension that we never got . Extremely frustrating

Melanie was helpful. We worked on the delivery method and date range needed. She will advise if there are weight limits on the main top beam and offer advise on how to secure the greenhouse to the concrete. Very nice to know the people behind the product. Drake Miller

I am very excited about my new greenhouse! I recieved a welcome call from Melanie. She talked me through the logistics. She also sent an assembly video which is great as my husband and I will be putting this together ourselves. I initially talked with Robby. I had a lot of questions before I made my final decision. He answered all of them. I feel well informed and confident with my purchase. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I recommend this team to anyone thinking about investing in a greenhouse.

Melanie was great - knowledgeable and helpful

I am extremely disappointed as the initial order contained the wrong vent and three crushed polycarbonate panels. The replacement order was placed quickly, but arrived incomplete (only one polycarbonate panel arrived on the pallet). I am still missing two replacement polycarbonate panels and an automatic vent.

I ordered my greenhouse in March, 2026. Promised an April 21st delivery. In the beginning all contact and customer service was great. Then received notice that a shipping label was completed on June 11th for pick up. It is now October 21. To be fair, this company had been working with me on answers and calming my frustrations. It appears that people reviewing here are getting answers (I haven't heard from anyone in months) so, unfortunately, am putting the company on blast here, hoping for a response on when I might see the greenhouse. I see that someone here got a call and agreed to a 2027 February arrival. I would consider that if I was GUARANTEED to receive it by February. I don't want to miss another season of planting since I'll have been waiting 11 months to receive the greenhouse. I do not want to cancel because I really was looking forward to it and it appears to be good quality. Kindly reply
