Stephen was helpful in explaining the parts and function of the machine and took his time to FaceTime me about my issues with the machine. Stephen Farinhas has excellent customer service; we need more individuals like him who will take tech support to the next level.

Great customer service - supportive, quick, and personable - and their equipment is superior. The juice it produces is the best I've ever had! They also don't just provide the juicing equipment, but they show you how to best use it. They're a true partner.
