As a first time user of a laser engraver I'm 100% satisfied that I chose the right company to go with everyone has been really helpful and our Facebook group is simply amazing. So if your thinking about trying a laser engraver for the first time you absolutely can't go wrong with this company.

I bought the 3018 Pro CNC machine from YoraHome because of their claim to have great customer service. They don’t have great customer service. I am not sure they know what that means. The people that answer the phone don’t know their own products. Once you buy from them, they basically wash their hands of you, and you’re on your own. Even the forum is pretty useless. I ask a question when I first got my CNC machine, and the moderator told me to read the manual. The information I was seeking wasn’t in the manual. I wish I had never bought anything from them.

Great welcoming to the community, however trouble shooting help leaves a lot to be desired, the software has set up my machine placing the left bottom corner in the center area of my workspace, laser is not very powerful, so I have not used this much out of the box since it requires a lot of manipulation.

6550 came with a defective Power Supply and I had some tech questions. New Power Supply came within a day and my questions were all answered quickly and professionally. Great product even better support. Spend the money don't waste it on cheaper competitors

I purchased the vacuum attachment for my 3018 pro and I was kept up to date through the whole process with live tracking and my purchase was delivered on time with no problems. YoraHome products are the best.
