Thanks for your Richard Cobb. Yes, you are right; the written instructions for the Yora 6550 could be better. This is the reason why we provide a very useful video assembly too. We are currently working with customers like you to improve our 6550 manual. Stay tuned!
Best machines ever and the customer support is unrivaled!!!!!!!

To difficult to put together and not sturdy enough. Doesn’t list all items needed before purchase. Items that is needed is out of stock. Having the come already assembled like other lasers would be great.

Thanks for your review Saundra. Did you watch the assembly video? For your information, the package content is available on the product page. We provide a winding tube for cable management and one pair of laser glasses to protect your eyes during the laser engraving process. Items such are drag chains or laser shields are just upgrades and not required to use the machine. We are working hard to have these upgrades in stock at any time, but they are very popular and some parts coming from overseas can take up to 4 weeks before we receive them. Now, due to the size of the assembled machine, shipping is not economical and a viable option right now. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, which will improve our offers and make more customers happy.
I have had no major issues with my 3036 and the few minor problems that I've had their support team or the users group have fixed them. Highly recommend this product for any first time user.

But a year and half ago I had a stroke and made it very hard to do anything with one hand and I found the CNC machine and thought this is the ticket so I bought one,Assembly went fairly smooth the only problem was I didn't realize the resets had to be on the bottom and on top of the pieces but of it that everything seemed to go fine and it works great and I thoroughly enjoyed it thank you very much. All in all I believe this is a good product the only suggestion I would make at this point is to have better installation instructions. Again thank you very much Scott

Thanks for your review Robert. We know that the assembly written instructions manual is not perfect. This is the reason why we complement it with a video assembly. But, we agree that people are different. Some prefer written instructions when others like to watch a video. Based on your comment about the instructions (which is not the first), we just took the decision to rewrite the instructions manual of our Yora 3018-Pro. But, this time, we will do it with your help and the guidance of all the other YoraHome customers in the Facebook group. We will write it with YOU, in order to produce YOUR manual, a manual that reflects what YOU would like to see. Thanks for your great sharing.
Would be happy with it, but the mother board shorted out on the 2nd use. Got the new motherboard hooked it up, ot the machine e moves so slow, no matter what you put the speed at. It took a little time, but the techs were determined to figure out what the problem was. It took a zoom call between me and 2 techs to figure it out. I am so happy that it turned out to be a simple fix. Just a small problem with the program on the board. They gotr it fixed and now it works great

Thanks for your review David. I checked with our team and you are totally right. We didn't give you news about this issue yet. We are REALLY sorry about it. We will give you some updates in the next hours. Thanks for your patience.
I ordered the machine and it came with all the tools and instructions but I watched the YouTube videos and it did take me quite some time now there are two programs that are available and they offer or say that there is over 3,000 people to support you online but I haven't found anybody that could help and every time I tried calling it's like they don't want you to be on the phone to talk to you and help you they just keep trying to tell you to chat with people online or watch videos.i got a 1hr free session...itnwas only 25mins and had to call me 5 times because his mobile location kept cutting off...so far I'm more impressed with the machine that I am the customer service by far... they forget that they are offering a machine to a lot of first-time users and we need a little bit more help just to start Engraving and the lack of effort and time that the staff are making available makes me question buying another machine if I need any help.
