Hello, we've looked into this for you and initially the manufacturer told us your order was on a 3 day backorder, but that 3 day backorder turned into an almost 2 week backorder due to not being able to get the materials (steel) they need. We spoke with them this morning regarding your order and the material arrived this morning and they told us your order will absolutely be shipping out this week. Regarding any emails or voicemails from you, we've searched our database and cannot anything from the email address we have on file nor the phone number we have on file for you, so we're unsure regarding that. We do apologize regarding the delay, we should have communicated with you much more than we did and ultimately we dropped the ball regarding communication. We spoke with you this morning and explained the situation and you said you wanted to keep your order. Thank you for being so understanding and giving us a chance to make it right.
