My purchase came quickly. Packaging was discreet and professional. Had a minor issue and Marc from customer service straightened it out right away with human kindness and still managed to be professional. The responses to my inquiries were responded to within hours and on the same day. Very impressed. My plants look great and I am excited for the exotic strains. Be aware that their guarantee requires pictures of any issues. If you do that you have nothing to worry about. I will be getting seeds from here from now on. I also recommend them to friends and family. P.S. I am not a bot. Not yet.

I purchased 4 different seed strains from Seedsman and they have produced small buds for the most part. Two r the same seed… but the plants look totally different. Never again buying from them.

Been a year since bought seeds and recently set up to germinate. Most of the seeds were about half the size of normal and three out of 11 sprouted. Never had a prob with stored seeds in the past dating back to saving up seeds from quality weed the last couple years in the military in SE Asia. Even veggie seeds from Wally World last over a year. Left a 3 because ever had a prob with their products in the past, so maybe they need newer stock to produce better quality. Hope they tighten up, so don't have to find a new supplier.

I bought and paid for some expensive seeds. Only 2 grew. 2 sprouted and did not grow and one seed never sprouted at all. When I contacted them, they told me to send pics. I did. They did not replace seeds nor back their product. Would not do business with them again.

Literally stole my money. They say they are in Victoria, the website is in Vilnius, Lithuania. When I question them they ask for more money for “insurance”. Do not deal with Seedsman, it is the definition of a scam. They rely on the fact there is illegality in some regions regarding cannabis in the hope you won’t contact authorities.

Seeds did not take. Seller has contacted me for a resolution.

I ordered four auto flower seeds three did nothing one got a quarter inch tail put it in the soil never came up. Very disappointed. Will never use the service again.

Do not buy they don't honor anything they have posted on their website or advertise. They won't do anything to rectify the situation whether it's damage product or missing items they will lie and deny anything and everything. I can see why so many people have given them negative reviews and I will not do business with them ever again I hope this experience can help other potential buyers from falling for their bad business practices.... Okay so if I'm not a customer I'll hit my bank up with the documents and screen shots of this too💯 have a nice day. This further shows the unprofessionalism they have demonstrated thus far.
