I have been using this app for 3 months now to keep tabs on my 12-year old’s movements. It gives me his his location in real time and has taken huge load off my shoulders. Customer support was handy while installing the app

The app works fine on Android 11. Installation was a bit tricky for me. Had to get help of their live support. Their CR was very helpful and guided me through the whole process patiently.

iPhone spying needs to be on same wi-fi? No refunds? Partial refunds? What is this? No service - no payment! Avoid at all cost!!!!

Una estafa, así de claro. No funciona nada de nada. Y eso del apoyo 24 horas es hasta que ellos quieren. Excusas y excusas, te hacen perder el tiempo para que pasen los 10 días de plazo de reembolso. Para la misma consulta cada persona con la contactas te da una explicación distinta al problema. ESTAFA. ESTAFA. ESTAFA. A mi me han contado la comunicación con ellos para que no pueda pedirles el reembolso porque esto no funciona ni pa tras. NO LO COMPRÉIS. TODO LO QUE VENDEN ES HUMO Y LA ATENCIÓN SL CLIENTE ES PÉSIMA. SÓLO QUIEREN LA PASTA. TE DICEN WUE TU PROBLEMA SE SOLUCIONA EN 12 HORAS Y ASI VSN PASENTO LOS DIAS. SINVERGÜENZAS. NO VOY A PARAR HASTA VER DÓNDE PUEDO PINETLES UNA RECLAMACIÓN LEGAL.

Abzocke, nicht kaufen! Programm funktioniert nicht!!!! Ich habe das Programm seit einem Monat und muss jeden zweiten Tag Programm neu installieren und oder Smartphone Neustart machen damit es halbwegs läuft. Technische Unterstützung einfach Müll !!! Nicht kaufen! Alle positiven Bewertungen wurden bestimmt von XNSPY Entwickler selbst gemacht, nich glauben! Finger weg von diesem Mist!!!

This company is a complete waste of time. Their support simply ignores your device issues and keeps on just sending you standard steps which are already on their out dated website. Avoid this company at all costs even if they give you discounts!
