These guys rock, chat support is always swift to respond, the UI is great. Moved here from another 'Cloud…' and never looked back. And xCloud regularly add new features.

It's been wonderful hosting with Xcloud. I opted for their Managed hosting - to start with, their support staff is excellent, and very patient and very knowledgeable (and this is across multiple interactions). They also have an extensive knowledge base which is very lucid, and easy to follow. The panel is easy to use, and their setup works very well. There is a very noticeable difference in my website speed.

xCloud has been absolutely amazing. They have the best customer support of any hosting company out there. They are always so helpful and quick to find solutions that work. The platform is evolving quickly as they constantly add new features. I have begun migrating my servers from other hosts to xCloud and so far it has been a great experience. I am very excited that they also have other apps beyond WordPress that can be installed easily such as N8N. I highly recommend xCloud to anyone that has a lot of websites or servers they manage. It gives peace of mind knowing there is a technical team available to help with the toughest problems like when a site goes down and you can't figure out how to get it working again. This happened today, and they were on it right away and got things working again quickly. Resizing the server was quick and easy as well using their panel tools. I'm very impressed with xCloud support and the xCloud panel tools. I am a very happy customer. Today Margarita was there to assist, recently Linda and Cassandra were there when I needed support. Everyone I have worked with at xCloud has been truly awesome!

It's day 3 after I switched hosting to xcloud, and even though there were a few hiccups, as there probably will be when you transfer multiple sites, their support from Jack and Cassandra was amazing. I am not a technical person and do not have any background, so it was really a lifesaver that they are just there to help you when things go south.
