I've written a couple of reviews on xCloud before, and they continue to impress me, not only with their innovations but also with the support I've received. Just this week, I had some Patchstack issues, and they took care of them promptly. Soon after I opened a support ticket, Gabbi responded and provided a solution shortly after. Lucy in support followed up soon after to help finish it up. Again, this type of support is almost unheard of these days, and it makes me realize that I made the right decision in choosing xCloud. As usual, the support from the xCloud team has been exceptional.

I've worked with xCloud since February on nodejs and WP deployments and I'm so impressed with how much they care about their product. They have evolved a whole lot since I started in February. It used to require a little bit of configurations up to make sure everything was working as should with git WordPress deployments, but now all those little considerations and bumps have become part of their product. The only way that they've been able to get here by listening to their customers and taking the time to continuously make the product better. Hoping that they keep this fantastic work for years to come as I've been recommending them to everyone in my industry. Special shoutout to Lucy from the Tech Support team for being very helpful and thorough in her responses.

I really enjoy using xCloud. I have my server elsewhere and connected it to xCloud. Everything about it is very smooth: the security, the modern design, and the ease of use. You can easily install more than 300 apps and services. I recommend it 100%! The support is really responsive, and guess what? They release about two updates per month.

Having delt with atleast 3 global hosting brands during past 15yrs, this one clearly appears to be as a disruptor for hosting and server managed service. My 3 VPS servers managed with xcloud hosts over 50 websites, with no headaches. The support speed literally surprises me, which always end with desired fix. I just got my third VPS server mgmt service and initially had issues with recurring payment due to some stringent RBI-India guidelines, but the resolved it. Recently I am loving the MCP connectivity where promoting does much magic. Thank you team.
