Wyze support is always on point. Not sure if it’s the AI model or human it’s always been very quick to solve an issue physically with a bad camera.

I had a doorbell camera that was outside the warranty period. The Wi-Fi chip had malfunctioned. Wyze gave me a Wyze store credit. Within a day and a half I had the new doorbell delivered to my doorstep, and within 5 minutes I had the replacement installed and working. Best customer service ever!

The phone sprt person( 0830 mtn time) going by the name Gerrix? was Horrible hanging up twice. The chat support was awesome.
