Es wurde ein Garantiefall für die Fahrradlampe B1 angemeldet (Wuben wirbt mit einer 5-Jahresgarantie), ich bekam zwar schnelle Antwort, jedoch wurde weder auf Reparatur oder Ersatz eingegangen. Statt dessen habe ich einen 20% Gutschein für ein anderes Produkt bekommen. Schade, ich war bislang von Wuben begeistert, aber das Garantieversprechen scheint nicht zu stimmen

One of the best light companies I've found great customer service and very friendly and I compete with the best of them now if only I can get them to get on board with me to torture test and review out in the Field all their lights like I am the rest of the big name lights like olight and imalent,finex, Nightcore, and thrunite then I would say the are one 6 companies in the world at least

as a Level 8 google guide this company has a service /support team. by mistake I forgot to add 2 item into my cart to get the second one for free. reached out and they sent me one at no cost. so even the shipping was on them. thank you
