I’m in Australia and subscribed to WTA TV because Bein Sports is awful with the constant live streams freezes. Well I guess they must run the streams from WTA TV because they are just as bad. I have no such issues with any other streaming platforms on my iPad so I know it’s not me, nor am I the only one experiencing the terrible service, as a simple google search shows. Their support is nonexistent. You get an automated acknowledgement email and then nothing. It’s so frustrating that watching live WTA matches in Australia is just about impossible.

Videos mostly unwatchable due to buffering/freezing literally every 3 seconds. However there are some periods in the day when videos can be played better, this is usually evening time in Europe. Also streaming works without any problem,therefore the issue is not with my wifi,mobilenet,browser,browser mode,laptop config or OS status.I also don't run anything paralelly in the background. This seems like a server/CDN provider issue on WTA TV's end, probably related to my geographic location. Contacted helpdesk who seemingly had never heard of such idea and stated that the issue is on my end although I matched all requirements. They also didn't have any other ideas than what I had tried already so they closed the ticket. I don't recommend this service from Central Europe.

No Indian Wells live stream is available, you won’t even find a schedule for the event. By clicking on the title of tournament you’ll see the message “Sorry, we couldn’t find any result that match your search. Please try again “ And again and again. And the worst thing is that there is no way to contact WTA tv staff directly. You can only fill out some form they offer and submit, then you’ll receive automatic notification that they received your message, and that actually it. No one helps you. They are good only with one thing - charging customers’ banking cards fast and with no problem.

I've been using WTA-TV for several months now. Frustrations are central to my overall experience: - Image quality is poor, often lagging despite good internet connection; - Always having to manually refresh the page to keep watching a match (while having to log in again because the UI is poorly designed), how inconvenient; - Other times the entire broadcast for an important event is completely down. I do not recommend and hope issues are being addressed.
