WTAReviews of wtatv.com

I’m in Australia and subscribed to WTA TV because Bein Sports is awful with the constant live streams freezes. Well I guess they must run the streams from WTA TV because they are just as bad. I have no such issues with any other streaming platforms on my iPad so I know it’s not me, nor am I the only one experiencing the terrible service, as a simple google search shows. Their support is nonexistent. You get an automated acknowledgement email and then nothing. It’s so frustrating that watching live WTA matches in Australia is just about impossible.

Videos mostly unwatchable due to buffering/freezing literally every 3 seconds. However there are some periods in the day when videos can be played better, this is usually evening time in Europe. Also streaming works without any problem, therefore the issue is not with my wifi, mobilenet, browser, browser mode, laptop config or OS status.I also don't run anything paralelly in the background. This seems like a server/CDN provider issue on WTA TV's end, probably related to my geographic location. Contacted helpdesk who seemingly had never heard of such idea and stated that the issue is on my end although I matched all requirements. They also didn't have any other ideas than what I had tried already so they closed the ticket. I don't recommend this service from Central Europe.

We got Indian Wells no problem. But I have three issues with wtatv.com One is that (unlike ATP tv tennis) sometimes the commentary is so excessive that watching a match becomes about the opinions and knowledge of the commentator about other matches, other players, the world. We often have to turn down the sound but then you don't hear the play or the crowd. The second problem is that if you click on "videos" this defaults to "all" so that you are shown a list of matches you could watch, but you are also given the option of viewing the POST-MATCH INTERVIEW so of course you can see WHO WON THE MATCH. We got round this by ensuring the browser went to the videos page adding ?category=full-replays which removed the post-match interviews. Unfortunately over the last 2 weeks however, this address has relocated to the home page, so the only way to get to "videos" is to use the link at the top and this shows "all" including WHO WON THE MATCH you are about to watch! The third problem is with customer service because you do get the automated response but I'm sure nothing actually happens. I've been complaining about these things for years and nothing has happened.

No Indian Wells live stream is available, you won’t even find a schedule for the event. By clicking on the title of tournament you’ll see the message “Sorry, we couldn’t find any result that match your search. Please try again “ And again and again. And the worst thing is that there is no way to contact WTA tv staff directly. You can only fill out some form they offer and submit, then you’ll receive automatic notification that they received your message, and that actually it. No one helps you. They are good only with one thing - charging customers’ banking cards fast and with no problem.

The worst website in history. What a joke!

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this service for 4 months and they ignore my unsubscribe requests. Every month they take another fee and I cannot get them to stop. Do not understand any circumstances sign up for this scam.

I left my purse on a Paratransit bus. I called, and they found it, and told me to go to the station to pick it up. When I got there, I was very frustrated that my purse had not made it to the station yet. Mr. Geoff Beaumont was the supervisor, and He immediately reassured me that we would figure it out, and we did. He went above and beyond reuniting me with my purse quickly and was very kind and compassionate when doing so. I can not say enough about the wonderful customer service this company gives.
