Awesome - esp. customer service.

I find they are an outstanding for their great personal and informative customer service and their speedy fulfillment and delivery of the order.

I purchase the 6x9 dry erase board for my daughters playroom. They absolutely love it! The only negative that I have is the installation was difficult. With a roll that big, it is very difficult to avoid creases and bubbles when finally hung.

The packaging on my calendars was totally over done. Cute tho made to look like a big marker? But made me guilty about our Mother Earth.

Two different type of samples were requested, but one only one type sent

I have had the large board for over a month and at least twice a week I have had to pick it up off the floor and try to stick it back up which is hard by yourself. I have now started using duct tape to stick it to the wall. it still doesn't hold well due to the weight of the product. I should have spent the extra money and ordered a rolling one. as I teacher, I can't believe I spent that much money for a crappy product! stupid me! don't be fooled!

I gave a complaint about my whiteboard being too thin for my stucco walls, within a day or two it was followed up with a phone call. They also suggested to try out a different matte version of the board. Very quickly they sent a free sample, I was satisfied. Very speedy. No fuss. Good company. Returning my whiteboard sounded problematic though..

It's big enough to fit all the information we need to in the boxes and big enough to read from across the room, which is perfect! Only downfall is that one corner doesn't seem to want to stay stuck to the wall so we're constantly pressing it back onto the wall when we walk past...hopefully it doesn't all lose it's stickiness!
