When I spend a good amount of money every year, I don't expect to get good customer service because that's how it goes most of the time. However, WPForms customer really came through when I gave feedback on an article. I didn't even expect a response and they solved a problem I was having that saved me time with a problem and saves me about an hour or two with every client project moving forward. You need more stars! I'd have given 10 easily! Ralden went above and beyond, providing both a video explanation and the source file, so that we could replicate on the site. Extremley happy with the solution - and learning how to resolve. WP Forms is a very powerful tool and the calculation plugin is giving our client and excellent simulator and from our perspective a portfolio piece we want to show other customers!

The forms themselves are easy to set up with or without using the numerous templates. Any support that is required happens promptly and efficiently.
