Dog toy ripped to shreds within 30 minutes. Quality rubbish. No response when I sent an email to customer services requesting a replacement as per their promise.

Waste of money and time and no chance of a refund let alone a replacement! Both Ruined in minutes. Bought 2 !!!!

Wish I'd checked these reviews first. Worst dog toys, lasted less than 3 minutes each and purchased four! Customer service ghosting us, definitely avoid at all costs

Scammers!!! Website claims to be US based when Paypal refund showed them as a Chinese company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

These toys are pure junk & very unsafe for your dog. I've tried several toys & they are destroyed within minutes of giving them to my dog. I have pictures but unable to attach them to this review of the destroyed toys. I bought them because I wanted to support an American Company. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered 2 indestructible toys and received only one. Supposedely if the toy is ripped they will replace ot for free. My dogs toy was torn after 24 hours. You can not contact them throughout one site and the site doesn't respond. DO NOT BUY TOYS FROM THEM.

E-mailed them several times that I never received the product. Just kept sending me a email saying there sorry my toy was destroyed.we all should get together and file a class action suit

Bought two toys, within 10 minutes one already torn. I have emailed customer service twice with no response Better business bureau needs notified of their practices
