Poor quality. Didn’t last long. My granddaughter’s small dog played with it a lot and it the head came off and stuffing everywhere. Very disappointed.

Received my order today, over 2 weeks after placing the order. Way too long in the modern world. They claim the toy is for strong chewers, and will replace it for free if it rips. My dog ripped the toy in in multiple places in less than 5 minutes of play. Sent them an email right away. Quick response, I'll give them that, but they want $8 to ship the replacement or they'll add it to my next order of $39 or more with free shipping. Why would I give them any more of my money? Even the $8 for shipping isn't worth 5 minutes of play...

I have a bully who has very strong Jaws I purchased two of your toys and she ripped the arm off of the one and she tore the head off the elephant I don't know if they will replace them they say they will but we shall see

Ok, so the company offer a free replacement if your dog destroys the toy, within two weeks of getting his new toy our dog had split it open. I contacted the company and got an automated response with link for a replacement, I wasn't offered a like for like replacement but I took something similar. After selecting my replacement reluctantly I was offered a mystery box worth £98 ($118), so I took them up on the offer, to say that I was underwhelmed with the item that I paid £9 for is an understatement. I received one small tug toy not worth the money I paid. No response from customer services, so all in all not happy. Overpriced items and poor customer service. Buyer beware

Bought 2 of the indestructible dog toys for christmas for my dog, in a matter of days of given this to my dog he ripped it. Got in touch said they would replace it but I had to pay the $7.99 to send it out. Said I won't be paying again I paid £27 for 2 small teddies that were useless. I just keep getting same message over and over again about I have 2 options, either spend £30 on buying more crap from them and they will send another toy free of charge or pay the $7.99 postage. Such a total rip off so misleading won't be buying again from them....

After they sent a tracking number with no updates, I reached out concerned that this was a fraudulent site. There was never a response to emails and the phone number did not work. Ultimately, I did receive the dog toys. They were smaller than I expected, but I never actually looked at the specs. They were shredded in about 20 minutes. Poor quality for such big claims. Still no response to the emails.

I bought the special offer 2 for 1 indestructible soft toys. I thought they were a bit pricey but the word 'indestructible' was the selling point. Beautifully made but my border collie and golden retriever had ripped both of them within an hour. No complaints about delivery. Customer service could have been better. It took 5 emails before I received a response. The replacement toy, a yellow and gold ball lasted 1 day. I wouldn't recommend these toys.

Well I guess I am joining the group of disappointed purchasers! When I opened the package I knew they wouldn’t last, but she did love it and carried it everywhere. The materials are not very strong or thick to start with , but the stomach material is transparent and thin. It has lasted about 8 days, but the stuffing is coming out. It will be gone within a couple more days. It’s too bad because they are cute. Don’t waste your money!
