Katie, We denied your attempt to extort us. You have lied so many times. As you know, you wrote us several emails demanding a fee over and above the refund for the glasses. You stated that if we did not pay you this fee that you would leave terrible reviews. You stated that it was a small fee over and above the refund in exchange for you not leaving terrible reviews. We refused to pay your extortion demand. So, you are following through with your threats. The vast majority of what you state in this review can be proven to be false. You clearly set us up for your extortion attempt. You ordered. When you received the product you ordered, you requested a return authorization. It was provided within 2 hours of your email. You then disputed the payment for the product without returning it. When we contacted you regarding the dispute, you told us that you were caring for a dying family member and very stressed. You then returned the glasses. We processed the refund. You then stated that the glasses were not as described on the website. So, we took pictures of the glasses you returned with a tape measure to show that they were exactly what you ordered. Then, we received the demand email. Either we pay you off or you would disparage us publicly. Katie, what you have done is illegal. You have lied numerous times publicly because we refused to pay your extortion attempt. It is very clear you set us up from the start. You ordered, it shipped, and then came a bunch of very strange behaviors. It is clear this was your intent from the start. We do NOT pay extortionists. Our attorneys have been notified of what you did here and will be in contact with you soon. You demanded we pay you a fee over and above the refund. You subsequently lied in this review because we did not pay you. This review is so unfair. People should not be allowed to extort companies in this way. It is all over email so it isn't as if you can claim you didn't do it. What a shame people act this way.

Tom, We are so sorry your frog on a swing rusted and needed a replacement part. You did not purchase the frog sculpture from us originally. You demanded that we help you fix a product that wasn't a Wildife Wonders product. We responded numerous times that we were unable to help you with this replacement and suggested that you go to the store where you purchased it. I'm so sorry you feel that we are responsible. We did not sell the original product. We did not have replacement parts for the product. We informed you of this several times.

David, This is just so unfortunate that you keep making false claims. The statue was ordered in early December. It was shipped with delivery on December 15th. The order had free ground shipping which takes 5 to 7 business days as indicated on the website. The statue was not "late" as you state in this review. You sent your very elderly father a dog that was encased in styrofoam. When you contacted us, you stated that the dog had "white paint" on it. We asked you to confirm that it wasn't left over styrofoam on the dog. We asked you to run a wet paper towel over it to make sure it wasn't the styrofoam. We also asked for a picture of the "white paint". You assured us that it was not styrofoam. You demanded a replacement. We sent you a pre-paid return label for the first dog. We told you we would ship the replacement as soon as the first dog was returned. We did NOT receive the dog back for weeks. When you called us in January asking why the replacement had not shipped, we reminded you that the first one needed to be returned. You stated that you didn't realize it needed to be returned in order to receive a replacement. Again, we provided you with a pre-paid label when you demanded the replacement. When we received the first shipment back, we examined the dog. We got a wet paper towel and wiped the white spot that was of concern. It was just styrofoam stuck to the dog. There was no damage to the dog. Your claim in this review that it was "banged up" was not stated until now. The dog that was returned was in perfect condition. We wiped off the styrofoam and it was subsequently sent to another customer who loves it. So, it clearly didn't have "white paint" and it was NOT "banged up". We shipped a second dog to you. We also informed you of that the first dog had styrofoam on it. It was not "white paint". It was styrofoam that came right off with a wet paper towel. That is when we learned that it had been sent to your very elderly father. After the second dog arrived to your elderly father, you demanded that we provide a full refund because your father stated that the second dog had "white paint" on it as well. We again asked that you have him wipe it with a wet paper towel to get any remaining styrofoam off of it. We were met with demands for a full refund. We stated that we would give a refund when the second dog sculpture was returned to us. As we paid for the return of the first dog that was in perfect condition, we declined your request for a second pre-paid label. We had already paid to ship two dogs to you and for the return of one of them that turned out to be in perfect condition. You paid no shipping on the order whatsoever. At that point, we had already lost money on the order due to our payments for three shipments of this large sculpture.. But, we did agree to take the second one back if you wished to return it. You refused to pay for the return shipping and disputed the payment. We understand that your father may have thought it was "white paint", but it wasn't. Again, we wiped off the styrofoam and it was in perfect condtion. The returned sculpture was subsequently sent to another customer as it was in perfect condition. That customer loves it. It was not "banged up" and it didn't have "white paint". It just had styrofoam on it because it was encased in styrofoam to make sure it arrived safely. Again, the reason why there was a delay in sending the replacement sculpture was because we didn't receive the first sculpture back even though we provided a pre-paid label. Once it arrived back, the second sculpture was shipped even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the first one. You have made numerous false claims on social media about what occurred. It is a shame that you won't recognize that your father mistook styrofoam for white paint. Both dogs were in perfect condition. You just had to wipe off any styrofoam that stuck to the dog in shipment.

Maria, We are so sorry about what occurred with your shipment. Your horse shipped promptly. Unfortunately, UPS lost the package. While we were investigating what occurred, you disputed the payment. We had UPS return the package to us since the payment was disputed. Again, we are so sorry UPS initially lost your package. As you know, we filed a ticket with UPS and provided you with all the tracking information. Should you wish to receive the horse, it did arrive safely back in our warehouse. If we can help, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Scott, I'm so sorry you feel this way. You ordered two rugs. The first rug shipped the first business day after you purchased. The second rug had to be made by the artist as it sold out over the holidays. We informed you of this delay and you asked to wait for it. We responded to your emails. When you requested that the artist provide you with daily updates, the artist responded that he would provide a weekly update on the progress. You were provided these updates. He simply didn't have the bandwidth to provide you with the daily update you wanted while trying to get caught up from the holiday rush. Your rug was completed. Unfortunately, you disputed the bill for both rugs even though you received one of them. As such, the second rug was held until the dispute was resolved. Again, we are so sorry one of the rugs was delayed and that the artist wasn't able to give you the daily update you needed. We wuold like to get paid for the rug you received. If you could please contact us to take care of that, we would appreciate it. Regards, Wildlife Wonders

Hi Chanh, I'm so sorry you feel we delayed your shipping. Your order shipped the day after you purchased. The sculpture shipped from overseas and had to clear US Customs. Unfortunately, the shipping address on the order was flagged as incorrect. This took some time to resolve with the paperwork going through US Customs. We are so sorry for this delay. We responded promptly to all information requests. Unfortuantely, you disputed the bill while the sculpture was in transit from US Customs to your recipient. Due to this dispute, we had the sculpture re-routed to our warehouse while we awaited the resolution. Again, we are so sorry for the delay. The issue was the recipient address issue. We tried to push it through as quickly as we could provided that there was an error when the order was placed. If we can help in any way, please don't hesitate to let me know. Wildlife Wonders

Vicki, Your large coat rack shipped. When an item ships internationally, there are a few days when the tracking shows that it is in transit, but there isn't a specific location scan. As you disputed the bill, we had the shipment held when it arrived in the UK. We ended up having to pay significant fees as you disputed the entire bill. We forfeited the package with UK Customs and asked that it be donated rather than paying another fee for it to be returned to us. You were fully refunded. Your claim that you were scammed is 100% FALSE. We are sorry you thought we were lying. We provided you with the detailed tracking. It is unfortunate that we couldn't communicate with you better so you knew it was in transit. In the end, the item was donated in the UK due to the disputed payment. We lost quite a bit of money in this transaction. As you disputed this bill AFTER is shipped and you had the tracking information, we were left with the notion that you were scamming us. We have been in business 28 years. We ship thousdands of products every year. We don't scam people. When an international shipment that has left the US and the buyer has the tracking number receives a disputed payment with false claims in the dispute, one can only deduce that we have been scammed. While we weren't going to pay for the item to be returned due to the substantial cost associated, we asked that it be donated rather than given to you for free. It also must be noted. Vicki, your claim makes no sense. Why in the world would we send an expensive item and pay hundreds of dollars in shipping fees if we were scammers? Why would we want to lose those funds? The shipping label alone was expensive. Why would we pay UPS for nothing? It makes no sense and doesn't pass the common sense test. Your claims don't hold any credence. What occurred was unfortunate. The only people who lost money and an expensive product were us! You lost nothing due to your dispute. We lost over $1k. Please stop with the false reviews. You weren't "fobbed off". A product was shipped to you in good faith. Your actions resulted in us losing quite a bit of money. Disputing the bill after it shipped and then claiming you were "fobbed off" and scammed is just ridiculous. You lost nothing. We lost over $1k. it is clear we were scammed in this deal, NOT you.
