Had clarification questions on the assy, called multiple times but did not get any assistance

Was good except for sending wrong order. Took several days to acknowledge problem and issue a return label. Otherwise, was a good experience and we appreciate the correction.

1. Extended communication delay: More than three weeks passed with "no updates for ETD until 6/16, even though I sent multiple emails." 2. Lack of proactive support: After placing and paying for order #60334 on May 26, 2026, your follow-up inquiry on May 28 went without timely updates.

Have not installed as yet but sure they will look great.

Very unprofessional company that is selling defective parts that have been proven to be a safety hazard. We attempted to work with their team to find a solution and they responded with a full demand list and they attempted to force us to abide by it with paying for it out of our pockets as a delaying attempt. Highly suggest finding a different company for your needs. Very disappointing company experience.
