Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Could not understand what the customer service rep was saying. Both times were bad experiences. Getting my reimbursement did not end in my favor.

Terrible customer support, nobody actually helps with fraud claims at all and by the time they deny for charges we did not make they say that it is now an issue to be addressed by a different department which then bounces you back and forth and never actually helps you out, then they send you a form that requests all the same information they already had but cant be filled out on my end. now I cant even look up the information I submitted to them for the ne forms they sent me. absoluytely ridiculous, Inow have a few hours invested in fighting a bogus charge that they do not seem interested in helping me with at all!

We had a Dependant Care FSA account through my Wife's employer. My wife left her job and we didn't file a claim soon enough and Wex kept 100% of the money we had in the account. No warning, no email, no phone call, no text. Just silently robbing us during an already difficult time in our life. We called customer support and there was nothing they could offer us. Not even a partial refund. 100% Scam.

DO NOT USE! Terrible. They charged me $591 when we weren't even using the card. When I called to get information and close my account the person I spoke to hung up on me when I asked to confirm if they closed my account. This was an experiment gone very wrong. When I went back to look at what I had previously paid it got really bad. Every month there were massive fees, and there is not much benefit to using them. SCAM!

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get reimbursed for a claim for weeks and have spoken to 3-4 customer service representatives who have given me wrong information about eligible expenses, wrong e-mail addresses, etc. The woman I spoke to this morning talked over me, refused to give me her last name, and refused to give me access to a supervisor/manager. When I explained that I have been given false information and wanted to file a complaint, she refused and just said, "we are all human." Outrageous.

I was considering COBRA. The information I received was for my new health insurance to get from WEX. I started the process and it was from the beginning very poor customer services with poor information and guidelines. After long calls and conversation, multiple times trying to get some explanation insurance offered for us was $ 1723 for all our family. My husband started on Medicare so he was already covered; but the price stayed the same for myself and my daughter. I decided that is too expensive for us and called and cancel. Everything was good, I was thinking that it was canceled. In the meantime I found an insurance for me and my daughter. WEX charged my account $3447 on August 3. I started to call and to get information why, and how to get my refund. Sent the forms they requested, talked to somebody everyday getting different information. As of now I still don't have my refund and been told that it is going to refund only half of the amount. Tried multiple times to understand why I should be charged for something I canceled, and never had. My advice is to stay away from the company, or you will end up losing your money. Every customer services person tells you different things, asking you to call the next day, with no answers.

Still waiting for my $750 security deposit refund after closing my 7-Eleven/Speedway Fuel card account 3 months ago. How tf do these people stay in business? Oh yeah, by stealing and defrauding trusting people. I will pay $3k in lawyer fees to get my $750 back from these scumbags. Stay away from anything WEX.
