For a novice it is so easy to use and make slideshows/videos in an easy sharable format

This new style wevideo is harder to use than the older one

There are things that work well and there are things that I don't understand. i.e. when you make a change of an image or video clip, if it says 10 seconds, it will automatically reduce this to 7 seconds. And you can not get the full 10 seconds. Also when you place a new image in to replace another image, unless you delete the transition and replace that as well, it will turn black in between the prior clip and the new clip. This happens all the time.

I was actually able to do a hard thing this week - one of the articles areas actually useful.. tech is not my friend, but I am able to use this

Very easy to use, just some changes that would be cool. plainly remove the simplified version. That does not need to exist. not gonna sugarcoat it. Also change theme to dark by standard.

Basic features. Abismal customer service. Had to fight with them to get refund on a service that I already canceled and never used. Customer service reps are rude and unclear.

So Expensive! Not value for money at all, when I'm trying to export videos it wants me to switch to a more expensive plan which costs a fortune! Absolutely ridiculous!
