I purchased the projector for my son. Without any explanation, my order was canceled and the amount refunded. Extremely frustrating for a child who was expecting to receive a product we purchased. We didn't even receive a message with an explanation, or alternative for my purchase to be active. Your company sells quality products but customer service is very poor.
