My masks have not arrived. Supposedly they arrived several days ago, but no. [Edit] Masks arrived two days after I received the email telling me they had (previously) been delivered. The masks are great. The delivery and the information about it, not so much.

I am a person who uses the subway, especially in New York, and I always wear a mask in a heavy crowd and the mask is definitely adjustable, it does not leave a mark on the nose. I can breathe easily and my glasses don't steam

The masks I order always come promptly, with a notification of the recurring charge, and I love that they still have adult small sizes. Their customer service is also great (and real people, too!).

While my mother received some of the missing items from her original order, the shipping carrier damaged the items. However, the WellBefore Customer Support team have responded very quickly & provided a refund for the damages & the inconvenience caused. I have always been very pleased with the masks from WellBefore since finding the company during the COVID pandemic. And I continue to order, because I now am immune compromised, requiring all visitors to wear N95 masks.
