My dogs were able to quickly transition to the raw diet. I'm happy with the timing of deliveries. When I had a problem with a delivery, customer service was quick to find out what was going on and send a new shipment.

We've been using We Feed Raw for two years and our corgi is healthier than ever! His coat is shiny and his teeth are very clean, he has no bad breath, he has perfect poops. I occasionally cook the raw meat and add veggies, or sometimes we'll add a topper of shredded chicken, but usually we just feed it plain raw :) The shipping has never had an issue, even in the recent snow storm. The easy-open pouches are nice and the rewards online are very generous. Honestly, the whole experience has been perfect. We're a huge fan!

As a gentle reminder, we do recommend serving our meals raw to allow nutrients to be most bio-available, and while it's perfectly fine to gently sear the patties, we do not recommend cooking all the way through. WFR has excellent customer service! Ruby has assisted me multiple times with address changes, and last minute order requests, and always with enthusiasm., Ruby makes you feel like you’re her only customer that day. If I could give them a minus star I would. I will spare you all a long story and just say that their customer service and especially their shipping company are both poor at best. Save yourself a ton of stress and buy your dog food elsewhere!!

MaryBeth, we’re sorry this situation has been so frustrating. Your original shipment and subsequent replacement were impacted by weather-related carrier delays outside of our control. When severe weather affects regional hubs, carriers may pause scans or delay delivery even after a box has left our facility. We understand how upsetting that is when you’re counting on it. Per your request, the remaining replacement order was canceled and fully refunded. Refunds are issued on our end immediately and then follow your bank’s standard processing timeline. We never want a customer to feel unheard or misled, and we regret that this experience didn’t meet expectations. We do apply our policies consistently and work as quickly as possible when weather disruptions occur, but we understand that doesn’t lessen the inconvenience you experienced. We truly wish you and your dogs the very best moving forward.
Great service, there was a shipping issue once and they were all over it and got food to us on time. My dogs love the food!

My dog is incredibly picky. This is the only food he will eat, and he does it enthusiastically every time! And it eliminated the frequent...shall we say, loose stools he struggled with for years. This makes us both much happier!
