Still early days to notice any difference but Roxi totally loves it. I have high hopes. Flatter packaging would be better for storage. But nice that everything is great.

Food appears to be 100% Meat! It's very dense-not watery. I Hope it's good quality Meat.**The additional packet provided to sprinkle on this food completes your dog's nutritional requirements. Nutrients needed for your dog to be in optimum health and aid with digestion. (✷‿✷) My DOGS Love it !

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality meals! Just for your information, the meals themselves are complete and balanced. The START'R mix is included to aid in the transition but is totally optional.🙂
Every interaction I've had has been amazing! Customer Service is stellar and I always get the help ive needed with my subscription. Can't recommend them more!!!

Communication with the company is easy, friendly and the replies are quick. I agree that the food is high quality but very expensive. (I'm retired and on a fixed income.) Recently the packaging was said to be improved but I'm finding it worse than before. Sure it's marked and has a slight separation in one corner but I have to hold the package in one hand and use a pair of pliers with the other in order to pull the top off and still have to cut the remainder off using scissors. Also due to its new thicker size, each package is often smashed and mis-shapen so it no longer lays flat and stacks well in my freezer. Therefore the same amount ordered is taking up even more freezer space.

I know this is a retail relationship but we feel like we are important to this company. It is like we are working with a small business who truly values their customers. Working with customer service on an issue like "Help, we ran out of Dog Food!" is so lovely. Their team just dives into helping us out. Quickly. It's definitely a boutique retail experience. We really value our relationship with this company.
