I love the new peel and pack however, I wish you would make the tab a little bigger and more prominent to pull. It’s a little short and sometimes the packs don’t even have a tab for me to pull.

I was honestly a happy customer for over a year, until I was accidentally sent a double order and charged for it. The customer service was appalling and so I cancelled. From an actual product perspective, I was happy, but it means little if there is no assurance of satisfaction when something goes wrong.

Great communication with this company. We order the lamb. It helps with my Bernese mountain dog's delicate stomach. We have a small terrier also who loves it too. It is expensive, but both dogs love it, and are healthy.

Every experience I've had with this company has been more than positive. I can't even express how good their customer service is. And their product is amazing!

So far it’s been a great experience, we love that they are timely on delivery, the next box arrives right when we need it. The only thing I wish could be improved is the new format of the packaging. They recently updated to a smaller and thicker brick which fits in the freezer better, but it takes twice as long to defrost as before. It’s not too bad, but something a bit inconvenient. Still a good company to use to supply our dog food.

I started with We Feed Raw as my 14yo doodle wouldn't eat home cooked anymore, so I tried raw . She loved it for many months until she passed away due to being 14. The company is very helpful and is concerned. I will use this company again if we decide on another dog.
